Our services are priced based on several factors mainly the square footage of your home and the scope of work involved. We provide quotes and schedule the service all over the phone within minutes not days. No in-person estimates are needed except when there is a fairly complex job. Also, commercial jobs are quoted in person.

No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.

We will give you a 2 hour arrival window. We will send a text message or give you a call when we are in route to your property.

Yes, even though we have water tanks and bring some water with us we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the house. The cost for the amount of water we use for a House Washing service is no more than $1.00-$2.00.

Yes, many of our clients have a well at their home. Power washing doesn’t use as much water as you think, making wells perfectly suitable.

If it is overcast or misty we will work. If it is more of a downpour we will call you to reschedule.

Yes, it absolutely will. The green and black stains that you see on your siding is forms of mold, mildew and algae. Our cleaning process is designed to safely eliminate all of those.

A House Wash utilizes a low-pressure cleaning process that combines safe pressure with detergents and rinsing aids to remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other organic contaminants from your exterior surfaces.

The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our house washing process. However, we do not squeegee or dry them by hand.

Yes, absolutely! We have a safe and effective process for cleaning brick surfaces.

No, we do not power wash any wood siding.

No, we do not clean out gutter leaf & debris. During our house wash, we soap and rinse the exterior of your gutters but do not physically remove any debris from the inside.

The black streaking you see on your rooftop is the infestation known as Gloeocapsa Magma. This is an algae that eats away at the limestone filler in your shingles. By doing so it leaves behind an unsightly dark residue.

No we cannot. These stains may lighten up in color, but our process is not designed to remove oil/rust stains or rubber tire marks.

Yes, we do! At Zap It Wash, we guarantee to deliver the best results possible for your property. We stand behind our work and service, returning if need be.

Payment is made upon completion of work by either check, credit card, venmo, zelle or cash. If you aren�t going to be home we will get your credit card information when booking the job and will process the card the following business day.
